By accessing or using the TravelDeal application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Nature of the Service

TravelDeal is an international price comparison service between an origin country and a destination country, available via manual search or image scan. We aggregate public pricing data from global merchants and marketplaces using third-party providers (including SerpApi) and provide AI-assisted insights. Prices, exchange rates, and tax refund estimations are indicative. We do not guarantee the exact final price at the physical store or the success of your tax refund claims.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share accounts or use multiple accounts to bypass limits.

3. License and Intellectual Property

TravelDeal and its content, software, branding, search algorithm, and interface design are owned by TravelDeal and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service through the official website https://traveldeal.me.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works.
You may not republish, redistribute, or deploy the application or its source code.
You may not create a competing product or service using the results, data, or UI.

4. Fair Use and Quotas

Free Tier Limits: To ensure server stability, free users are limited to 3 scans per day. Attempts to bypass these limits via VPNs, multiple accounts, or automated scripts may result in a ban.
No Automation: You may not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the service.
No Scraping: You may not extract data, prices, or infrastructure information from TravelDeal.

5. Passes, Billing, and Access

TravelPass: 7-day pass (one-time purchase).
Monthly Pass: subscription billed monthly.
Annual Pass: subscription billed yearly.

Premium access starts immediately after purchase and unlocks advanced scans beyond the free quota.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access to advanced search capabilities, no refunds are possible once the first scan has been performed after purchase.

7. AI and Image Scanning

When using the Smart Scan feature, you agree not to upload inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted images that violate Google Gemini's safety guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content you scan. You grant TravelDeal permission to process your images solely to provide the requested results.

8. Third-Party Links

Our service contains links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by TravelDeal (e.g., merchant sites like Amazon, BestBuy). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Accuracy and No Warranties

Results are based on public data, SerpApi results, and AI models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You remain responsible for any purchasing decisions and compliance with local laws. TravelDeal is not responsible for pricing errors displayed in stores or by third-party merchants.

10. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TravelDeal does not store your credit card details.

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to bypass security or quota controls. You may request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

13. Limitation of Liability

TravelDeal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or purchasing decisions made based on our data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
